So this is one of those posts where I’m going to brag about my vegan food. Because it is just so damn good.

Here is some creamy avocado yogurt dip. I made it by putting an avocado, vegan plain greek yogurt, garlic, sea salt, garlic salt, pepper, and cumin in my food processor. And then… I stuffed my face.

More accurately, I stuffed my face with this stuff. And some of the stuff in the next picture.

I roasted some tomatoes with olive oil, salt, garlic, and thyme.

IĀ juliennedĀ a half a yellow bell pepper and dipped it in my avocado dip.

And I ate half of a ruby red grapefruit with a packet of stevia and 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds on top.

Mmmmmm. Vegan food.
