I’m just going to show you some of my pictures of food I’ve posted lately. I hope it makes you hungry.
Also, I’ve been officially vegan for a month now. It’s exciting, I know. I’m slowly transitioning into an almost-fully-raw-vegan. It’s a difficult decision because my passion is baking, and who’s gonna taste test my failed vegan and sometimes gluten free recipes?
Me. Because I’m an ALMOST-fully-raw-vegan.
Oh! This Saturday I’m going to volunteer at Rawfully Organic, which is a co-op that sells boxes of fresh produce. The girl who runs it, Kristina, is a raw vegan and has been for 7 years. What an inspiration right?
Here’s what I had for dinner tonight. Raw activated almonds, hass avocado, roma tomato, sprouted chickpeas, baby spinach, and 1/4 a red bell pepper. No dressing! I was proud of myself for that one.
Raw Chocolate Truffles
Peanut butter, chia seed, blueberry, oatmeal.
Cucumbers, bananas, and PB2 with flax seeds.
Cucumber, lemon, mint water.
My homemade granola.
HUGE fruit salad.
